Martin and Wolfi are here!

Finally....
Picking Martin and Wolfi up at Vancouver's airport was great. What is better than meeting old friends after not seeing them for almost a year?
invited us on some great Indian food this evening and after a short trip through downtown we were driving home to my little room. As they were unpacking their stuff (they had incredibly much, two big pieces of luggage each!) my room became smaller and smaller.
In the following days we went for some sightseeing, shopping and preparing for our trip to the Stein Valley. Having the two around was just like I would see them every day. Everything was so familiar, the same old (and good) jokes, the same stupid talking, the same fun. We had such a good time and we were all looking forward to the next few weeks when we would explore some of BC's wilderness together.

Whistler Crankworx 2005

Before starting our Stein Valley trip we made a stopover in Whistler to see some mountainbiking action at the Crankworx 2005 festival. Here are some photos:
